Responsible for developing, managing, and successfully growing the existing regional customer portfolio in line with FitFlop's brand and positioning guidelines
Manage, develop, and take ownership of sales to existing customers and accounts in your region
Identify, plan, and acquire new business opportunities in accordance with FitFlop's brand guidelines and growth strategies
Reach out to new and existing customers and buyers to sell FitFlop shoes for the current season and upcoming seasons
Independently plan weekly appointments with new and existing customers
Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service and Credit Control to ensure that existing customer orders are processed successfully
Work with our Trade Marketing team to execute in-store events and visual merchandising
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, independent work style with a strong service and sales orientation
Entrepreneurial mindset
Team player
Numerically inclined and analytical; comfortable with reporting and sales forecasting
Experience in a related industry, e.g., footwear or apparel, is an advantage
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Fluent in German and English is required
Valid driver's license for Germany required
