Role Overview
- Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in accordance with US GAAP
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group Preparing financial statements and management reports
- Performing variance analysis and financial reviews
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for management and board reporting
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Supporting audit processes and working with external auditors
- Improving financial processes and helping scale the finance infrastructure as the company grows
- Collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
Requirements
- CPA certification
- 2 years of experience after internship in accounting / financial reporting
- Experience from Big4 accounting firms or a technology company
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with stock-based compensation and 409A valuations – advantage
