About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of clients
Propose a usage-centered approach to drive platform evolution
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients
Assist clients with identifying and resolving issues
Recommend, lead, and execute action plans with clients for continuous improvement
Initiate and coordinate interventions by project managers and LumApps product experts
Work closely with Account Managers to manage renewals
Collaborate closely with other LumApps teams
Keep the existing client database up to date
Requirements
Master’s degree (e.g., business school or equivalent)
4–5 years’ experience at a software vendor or SaaS company
Previous experience managing strategic client accounts
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and partners
Familiarity with sales cycles in a competitive market
