About this role
Role Overview
Be one of the main technical contacts in the support team, assisting clients and coordinating with engineering when needed
Manage the technical helpdesk for our clients across multiple regions
Communicate and educate clients on new and existing features through our helpdesk portal
Upload master data (drivers, vehicles, customers) into Qargo
Adapt PDF and email templates to match client requirements
Set up Excel/CSV imports and configure mappings to ensure data accuracy
Support clients with intermodal connections, order import mapping, pallet network configuration, and rate card error analysis
Requirements
Strong analytical/technical aptitude and confidence navigating software systems
Solid understanding of transportation concepts
Advanced Excel skills; scripting/programming knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English
Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
Attention to detail and precision in handling administrative tasks
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving startup
