About this role
Role Overview
- Deliver live demos and technical walk-throughs of the Qargo platform
- Customize demo environments to reflect each prospect’s workflow
- Support BDMs by qualifying technical fit and providing solution mapping
- Translate customer requirements into clear input for our Product Team
- Keep sales teams updated on roadmap items and upcoming features
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver customer value
- Travel on a regular basis for on-site demos and customer meetings
Requirements
- Based in The Netherlands
- Solid background in the road transport or logistics sector
- +3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (account management, onboarding, consulting, pre-sales, or similar)
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and commercial audiences
- Strong analytical mindset, quick learner, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and demo tooling is a plus
- Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus (but definitely not required)
