About this role
Role Overview
- Provide functional and operational support for internal applications (web apps, workflows, Power BI)
- Configure and maintain in-house applications (.NET / IIS / WordPress)
- Work closely with internal users to understand processes and propose improvements
- Participate in digitalization and process automation initiatives
- Support the adoption of AI-based tools (Copilot, assistants, automations)
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors
- Create documentation, user guides, and provide user training
- Perform functional testing before production releases
- Build reports and dashboards in Power BI
Requirements
- Advanced English level (B2+ / C1) — required
- 4+ years of experience in application support, functional analysis, or similar roles
- Experience working in structured, corporate environments
- Strong analytical skills and a user-oriented mindset
- General understanding of how web applications work (no heavy coding required)
