Requirements
Coordinate the administration of customer and supplier contracts, including documentation preparation, internal approval coordination, and seal & record management.
Maintain contract documentation and ensure proper filing and traceability in accordance with internal policies and governance standards.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support efficient contract processing and compliance with internal procedures.
Support Legal & Compliance to maintain and organize relevant corporate documentation and records to ensure alignment with internal governance and compliance requirements.
Maintain oversight of company licenses and permits, including documentation management and renewal/usage tracking.
Company Seal Administration: Oversee the administration of company seal usage, ensure seal usage is properly controlled and documented in accordance with internal authorization procedures.
Support Legal & Compliance with the implementation and maintenance of internal governance processes, policies, and documentation controls.
Provide initial coordination and support for governance-related matters and internal compliance initiatives.
