Role Overview
Lead the complete journey of EMEA clients
Manage initial setup, platform configuration, and training
Drive user engagement and monitor platform adoption metrics
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Define, document, and iterate EMEA Onboarding and CS processes.
Requirements
Fluency in English & Portuguese
Proven experience managing EMEA B2B SaaS clients
Experience handling Enterprise accounts is highly valued.
Confident, proactive, and able to challenge clients
Process-oriented with a builder mentality
Adaptable for complex and smaller accounts.
