About this role
Role Overview
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and strategic partnerships, with a focus on Brazil.
Design and propose commercial strategies to drive the company's growth in the Brazilian market.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and Brazil-specific regulations to inform strategic planning.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize service offerings in Brazil.
Produce reports and analyses on commercial performance in Brazil and recommend improvements.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Over 4 years of experience in sales, consulting, strategy, or similar roles, ideally in HR-focused SaaS companies.
Proven experience working in Brazil, with deep knowledge of its business dynamics, cultures, and market trends.
Native/bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
Knowledge of English is a strong advantage.
Exceptional analytical skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Strategic mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
