Role Overview
- Collect and verify KYC documents required for account opening
- Process and update client files and ensure administrative follow-up
- Ensure compliance of our client files
- Monitor and analyze operational anomalies and incidents
- Assist clients by email, chat, or phone with contract management
Requirements
- Degree in customer relations, banking, finance, management, or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
