Collect and verify the KYC documents required to open client accounts (legal documents, identity documents, proofs of address, etc.)
Process and update client files and manage their administrative follow-up
Ensure the compliance of our client files with regulatory and internal standards
Monitor and analyze operational anomalies and incidents
Support clients by email, chat and phone for contract management and account openings
Requirements
Degree or diploma in customer relations, banking, finance, management, or equivalent
Proven initial experience in a similar role
Motivated to take on new challenges
Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills
