Role Overview
- Guide candidates on their path to jobs in Southern Europe.
- Conduct initial interviews via phone, email & video chat.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from the initial interview through job start.
- Coordinate with our international partner companies to ensure smooth placements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal (phone) and written.
- Good English skills (at least B2) for communication with partners.
- Digital affinity: experience with MS Office, ATS & online platforms.
- Experience in Southern Europe, such as Portugal, Spain, and Greece, is a plus!
