Role Overview
- Provide legal advice on AML/CFT and other KYC-related frameworks in the EU/ME/CIS.
- Support implementation of regulatory changes into internal policies, controls, and product requirements.
- Contribute to high-impact regulatory initiatives.
- Cover multiple jurisdictions with high regulatory update velocity.
- Draft, review, and maintain internal compliance policies and documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in legal/compliance roles (fintech, regtech, financial institutions, or law firms).
- Strong knowledge of EU AML/CFT framework and national regulatory.
- Experience advising on multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
