Drive the delivery of an efficient, engaging, and high‑quality recruitment service for both internal stakeholders and candidates.
Lead a talented team, ensuring operational excellence while continuously seeking new ways to innovate, improve, and enhance how we attract and hire brilliant people.
Act as a key partner to external providers, including the ATS provider (TeamTailor) and agency partners.
Work closely with the Senior HR Operations Manager to implement strategic People initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced environment, ideally in‑house.
Experience leading and developing a high‑performing recruitment team.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques, and candidate experience best practice.
Excellent data analysis capabilities, including confident use of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment and onboarding.
