Role Overview
- Own monthly management accounts, cash-flow tracking, and P&L reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Produce clear financial narratives and dashboards
- Analyze business metrics with Operations and Growth
- Oversee and improve automated finance workflows
- Liaise with external partners and own compliance and statutory administration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Clear ownership of core finance outputs (P&L, cash flow, forecasting, reconciliation)
- Comfort working with automated finance processes
- Strong spreadsheet and financial modelling skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time schedule
- High attention to detail
