Lead and develop our sales team into a high-performing organization with a motivating, performance-oriented culture that celebrates successes and continuously seeks improvement.
Provide hands-on support to the sales team in deals — we are not looking for a dashboard-only Head of Sales.
Define targets jointly with the founders and drive the consistent execution of our growth strategy.
Analyze sales data to optimize team performance, processes, and go-to-market strategy.
Provide individual coaching, targeted feedback, and active support for the career development of team members.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to generate high-quality leads and build long-term partnerships.
Report directly to the CEO and work closely with them and the co-founders.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience leading B2B/SaaS sales teams, with a proven ability to build, scale, and develop teams.
Extensive experience selling in the DACH region, including closing six-figure deals.
Hands-on mindset: lead by example, actively support deals, and be willing to pick up the phone yourself.
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, able to make autonomous decisions, and creative in problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline to optimize sales performance.
Excellent team player with strong negotiation skills in German and English (English is our internal company language).
Experience creating and implementing sales playbooks.
Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
