Your main mission will be to define, implement and improve sales processes with the goal of operational performance and scalability of the sales teams.
You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our operations, ensuring an optimal experience at every interaction with our users.
Gather and analyze the needs of the Sales teams to design and deploy automations that meet business requirements.
Own the monitoring and correct execution of commercial processes in HubSpot.
Conduct shadowing sessions with Sales teams to analyze practices, identify best methods and detect operational bottlenecks.
Manage and maintain our tools, automating time-consuming tasks and creating sequences that enable personalized user experiences through workflows.
Support our sales teams to maximize conversion rates at every stage, thereby ensuring a fantastic customer experience.
Build performance tracking dashboards. Analyze and present reliable, relevant data to inform company decisions and actions.
Structure and document processes to ensure their longevity. Deploy the necessary training for effective use of automations. Ensure teams adopt the tools and workflows.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in Fintech, Legaltech or B2B SaaS is a plus.
CRMs, and HubSpot in particular, hold no secrets for you.
You enjoy solving problems and are driven by a results-oriented mindset.
