Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the US market, focusing on senior care providers, assisted living facilities, and healthcare partners
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations, positioning Nobi as a leader in AgeTech and senior care solutions
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, addressing client needs and showcasing the benefits of Nobi’s smart technology
Take ownership of the full sales cycle with a focus on closing deals—transforming warm leads into signed contracts
Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization
Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
Track sales metrics, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Represent Nobi at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and cultivate new leads
Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the healthcare and senior care sectors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within healthcare, AgeTech, or senior care markets
Demonstrated and quantifiable success in closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an existing network in the healthcare or senior care industry
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-starter with a relentless drive to close deals and grow market share
Proficient in CRM software and digital tooling
Nice to have: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in the US
Experience with IoT or healthcare technology solutions
