Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets
Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead generation
Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell software solutions
Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and resolve issues promptly
Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Implement and utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads, pipeline, and customer data
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Work closely with the product team to understand software features and benefits
Provide insights to the leadership team regarding market trends, customer feedback, and sales forecasts
Foster a collaborative culture within the team to share best practices and drive innovation
Enter Purchase Orders and customer invoices into QuickBooks On-Line
Follow up with customers on accounts receivable, as needed
Provide expertise in vendor procurement of customer hardware
Complete annual security training and adhere to TECH5 USA’s security policies and procedures; notifies IT with any suspicious emails or other activity
Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be defined or assigned from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar role within the technology or software industry
Knowledge of biometrics and working with law enforcement is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Odoo
A deep understanding of customer software solutions and their applications in various industries
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
