The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, creating sales strategies, and maintaining positive connections with existing customers.
The Sales Manager will also analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
A network in the hotel industry and good market knowledge
(First) experience in sales and enthusiasm for selling
Team spirit and a strong “can-do” mentality – you can work independently and take on responsibility
Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
A strong customer-oriented mindset: you have a real feel for the needs and wishes of our customers
Excellent people skills – you are a good listener, empathetic, and curious.
