Role Overview
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales goals.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
Forecast sales and report on sales performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Aggressively close value-adding deals to generate value for yourself and WSI.
Requirements
5+ years prior experience with outbound prospecting and closing.
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals.
Build trust with customers by ensuring that all of their needs are being met as committed.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Be driven by results, yet patient in working through the sales process.
Demonstrate an ability to have a high degree of attention to detail.
