About this role
Role Overview
- Build and expand the sales territory, including implementation of sales and revenue plans
- Acquire, manage and develop target customers such as specialist dealers, tradespeople, planners and building owners
- Analyze market and competitor activities, identify opportunities and develop appropriate measures
- CRM-supported sales management, provide expert product portfolio advice and conduct offer and contract negotiations
- Identify relevant construction projects, position products in tender processes and support projects through to completion
Requirements
- Several years of experience in field sales
- Experience in customer acquisition and account management
- Commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable university degree
- Market awareness and experience in commercial projects, ideally in the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a structured way of working
