Role Overview

Requirements
Fluency in French, English and Spanish
Knowledge of Zendesk, Jira and Salesforce tools
Strong customer relationship skills
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Proficiency in network domains, VoIP, TCP/IP, internet, etc.
