Role Overview
- Prospect and identify new opportunities to support revenue growth
- Manage and develop client relationships through regular visits and needs analysis
- Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with operational sites
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and referral networks to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in a similar commercial or technical role
- Holds a degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; knowledge of metallurgy is a plus
- Customer-focused, able to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Proficient in English (B2–C1) to handle international interactions; Spanish is an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and able to work independently
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple accounts
- Willing to travel regularly (3–4 days per week) within the region to meet clients and prospects
