About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and identify new opportunities to support revenue growth
Manage and develop client relationships through regular visits and needs analysis
Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with operational sites
Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with clients
Monitor market trends, competitors and prescriber networks to identify new opportunities
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar commercial or technical role
Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent; knowledge of metallurgy is a plus
Customer-oriented, able to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Proficient in English (B2–C1) to handle international interactions
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Collaborative and able to work independently
Organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple accounts
Willing to travel regularly (3 to 4 days per week) within the region to meet clients and prospects
