Role Overview

• Build and maintain relationships with property management companies, apartment communities / HOAs, and commercial facilities
• Introduce our company and position us as a reliable, go-to vendor
• Stay in consistent contact with partners and remain top-of-mind
• Generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach

Requirements

• Existing relationships OR regular access to property managers or commercial decision-makers
• The ability to get meetings and build trust quickly
• Self-motivated individuals who prefer flexibility over a fixed salary
• People comfortable working independently and building relationships in the field
• Strong communicators who can earn trust and maintain long-term partnerships
• Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or B2B services preferred
