About this role
Role Overview
Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end selection processes for strategic and leadership positions.
Interviews and Assessments: Conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments, including administering tests.
Talent Attraction: Define and implement attraction strategies, including active sourcing (headhunting) and market mapping.
ATS Management: Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to organize and monitor selection processes.
Candidate Flow Management: Manage candidate flow, ensuring alignment across all stages of the process.
Profile Alignment: Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, understanding the needs, challenges and requirements of the position.
Communication with Hiring Managers: Keep hiring managers informed about the progress of selection processes.
Stakeholder Relationship: Interact with different hierarchical levels, including coordinators, managers and directors.
Reports and Assessments: Prepare reports and assessments to support managers' decision-making.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Offers and Onboarding: Prepare offers for approved candidates and submit required information for the hiring/onboarding process.
Job Closure: Conduct vacancy closures, ensuring feedback is provided to candidates.
Other Related Activities: Perform other related duties as directed by management.
Requirements
Must have own laptop to perform the role.
Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferably a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
