Client Service Analyst III

Role Overview

• Responsible for working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service
• Manage deals independently and execute day-to-day activities
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports
• Perform quality control review of reports
• Interact with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
