Customer Care Specialist

Role Overview

• You’ll be the first point of contact for clinicians, hospital teams, and partners using PMcardio
• Provide high-quality, personable help for customers across Europe and beyond
• Guide new users to success with onboarding support, demos, best practices, and clear “how-to” explanations
• Capture insights, recurring pain points, and feature feedback and share them with Product, Medical, and Engineering
• Help refine support processes, internal knowledge base articles, and playbooks
• Work closely with Sales to support pilots, renewals, and smooth customer experiences
• Act as a Powerful Medical ambassador—occasionally traveling to customer meetings, trainings, or conferences

Requirements

• Degree in a clinical or biomedical/life sciences field or equivalent healthcare experience
• You’re empathetic, caring, and genuinely motivated by helping others succeed
• Fluent English (bonus points for additional European languages);
• You enjoy investigating, asking the right questions, and trying options
• You roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and follow through reliably
• Prior work in customer care, clinical support, healthcare operations, or other client-facing roles
• Passion for healthcare + technology and excitement about saving lives with AI
