About this role
Role Overview
- Preparation and continuous improvement of reports, forecasts, and analyses
- Support with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
- Analysis of variances and formulation of actionable recommendations
- Further development of existing reporting structures and KPI systems
- Close collaboration with business units and international teams
- Participation in projects, e.g., to optimize processes and tools
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- Several years of experience in controlling (ideally within a corporate/group environment)
- Strong numerical aptitude and a solid understanding of business models and interrelationships
- Proficient in Excel and common reporting tools
- Structured and independent working style
- Excellent written and verbal German and English skills
