Analyze business processes and design end-to-end CRM solutions based on Salesforce best practices
Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules (Flows, Objects, Permissions, Automation, Experience Cloud)
Lead workshops, requirements engineering, and solution design with global business stakeholders
Manage and execute Salesforce implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and integration projects
Take IT project lead responsibility for cross-functional CRM initiatives—including scoping, planning, steering partners, and ensuring delivery quality
Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, architects, and external partners (Salesforce partners, integrators)
Ensure high system reliability, platform governance, and strong user satisfaction through proactive support and continuous improvement
Drive innovation through Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flows, AI features, automation, and ecosystem apps
Optimize Lead-to-Cash and Service processes incl. quoting, case management, service workflows, and integration to ERP/logistics systems
Contribute to CRM platform standardization, data governance, and scalable global template design across all divisions
Requirements
Professional experience in Salesforce consulting (in-house or external)
Solid expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including configuration, automation, and data model design
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Experience with declarative development, permission modeling, and process automation (Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts)
Proven ability to take architectural responsibility and lead functional workstreams or entire CRM projects in international contexts
Experience collaborating in cross-functional and multicultural teams
Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify complex, technical topics for business stakeholders
Bonus: Knowledge Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SAP S/4 integration scenarios, or API-based integrations
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus
Willingness to travel 10%
Fluent English (German is a plus).
