Support and motivate 2–3 international teams
Regular coordination with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistent and effective collaboration
Continuous optimization of the overall development process
Responsibility for the Scrum process and its correct implementation within the team
Organization and facilitation of all relevant Scrum meetings
Consideration of quality management requirements within the agile process
Maintenance and transparency of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts)
Monitoring adherence to Scrum practices and supporting their implementation within the team
Establishment and promotion of agile practices within the team
Support the Product Owner in the efficient management of the Product Backlog

Solid experience applying agile methods, ideally within the Scrum framework
Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS or SAFe
Experience in international cross-entity projects
Ideally certified as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM or PSM)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
High level of initiative and the ability to work independently and effectively in a team
Strong interest in continuous personal and professional development and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of agile software development
Very good experience working with DevOps, Miro and JIRA
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
