Participate in working meetings, including occasional meetings with business areas to gain immersion and progressive domain knowledge.
Foster a sense of shared responsibility among teams and stakeholders.
Be responsible for identifying and addressing impediments affecting the area and the team, interacting with relevant processes and people from initiation to solution delivery.
Promote a mindset and practices of continuous improvement within agile teams.
Act as a coach for your team regarding lean-agile values and principles.
Collaborate with the Product Owner, supporting short-term planning and the refinement/prioritization of the team's product backlog.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience working on IT projects.
Experience with different models, metrics, and ceremonies at the agile team level.
PMI-ACP and/or Scrum Master certification.
Kanban certification.
Management 3.0 certification.
Experience with Project Management using Waterfall methodology.
Knowledge of other agile methods and practices beyond Scrum (Kanban, XP, FDD, etc.).
