About this role
Role Overview
- Support and motivate 2–3 international teams.
- Regular coordination with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistent and effective collaboration.
- Continuous optimization of the overall development process.
- Responsibility for the Scrum process and ensuring correct implementation within the team.
- Organize and facilitate all relevant Scrum meetings.
- Ensure that quality management requirements are considered in the agile workflow.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring transparency of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
- Monitor adherence to Scrum practices and support their implementation within the team.
- Establish and promote agile practices within the team.
- Support Product Owners in the efficient management of the Product Backlog.
Requirements
- Solid experience in applying agile methods, ideally within the Scrum framework.
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS or SAFe.
- Experience in international cross-functional projects.
- Ideally a Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM or PSM).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- High initiative and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in continuous development and willingness to learn new things.
- Basic knowledge of agile software development.
- Strong skills working with DevOps, Miro and JIRA.
- Business-fluent English, both spoken and written.
