Execute, analyze, and verify payroll processes and labor-related charges, ensuring accurate calculation, accounting, and submission of statutory filings to government agencies, maintaining compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation;
Calculate and reconcile payroll, including monthly payroll, vacations, 13th salary (annual bonus), and terminations. Process payroll for both teaching and administrative staff, considering contractual rules and collective bargaining agreements;
Perform calculation and verification of termination payments, ensuring correct determination of severance amounts;
Calculate and reconcile labor and social security contributions;
Perform payroll accounting and integrate payroll data with the accounting department;
Review provisions for 13th salary and vacation accruals;
Manage and validate information submitted to eSocial, ensuring event consistency and resolving inconsistencies;
Prepare and submit obligations related to FGTS Digital and DCTFWeb;
Manage FGTS and statutory charges, including handling transactions via Conectividade Social;
Validate statutory deductions such as INSS, IRRF, and other applicable withholdings; manage compensations, refunds, and adjustments via PER/DCOMP;
Support responses and information gathering for labor claims, performing calculations, reconciliations, and providing required information to the legal department and eSocial;
Analyze inconsistencies in payroll processes and propose improvements and process optimizations;
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications as required;
Provide support to business units and internal teams on payroll and statutory charge-related requests.
Requirements
Knowledge of eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, Conectividade Social, PER/DCOMP; payroll and termination calculations; labor and social security contributions; payroll accounting; experience with labor claim procedures;
Intermediate to advanced Excel;
Experience with TOTVS RM Labore;
Bachelor’s degree (completed).
