Perform complex technical analyses, identifying root causes and applying fixes in source code;
Develop and customize features in Protheus, ensuring alignment with business needs;
Integrate systems and support development using technologies such as Java and HTML;
Propose and implement continuous improvements aimed at application stability, performance, and security;
Act in a consultative role with business areas, ensuring understanding of requirements and efficient delivery;
Provide technical support for departmental decisions and ensure documentation of processes and solutions.
