Responsible for monitoring the client's daily routine workflow and maintaining contact with clients via email and chat to stay informed and collect information for the project;
Responsible for monitoring account budgets and targets daily using media platforms and spreadsheets to maintain control and inform decision-making for the project;
Create and optimize performance and/or branding media campaigns with the objective of delivering the results defined by the client;
Develop media plans based on the client's brief or by identifying new investment opportunities;
Prepare campaign performance reports (daily, biweekly and/or monthly) through analysis of results obtained from media tools;
Review and monitor accounts weekly through tool analyses to apply best practices to projects and ensure correct communication;
Participate in required trainings for professional development and keep Google Ads (Fundamentals, Display, Search, Shopping, Video, Mobile and Analytics) and Bing certifications up to date.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of the main media KPIs to evaluate overall results, understand how metrics influence one another, and support decision-making based on that analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook for creating, optimizing and evaluating all campaign types, with mastery of best practices.
Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace for producing reports and presentations.
Intermediate knowledge of Project Management to lead accounts and take the necessary actions to achieve all targets. All Google Ads certifications.
Focus, organization and adherence to deadlines.
Strong numerical skills, teamwork, flexibility, autonomy and proactivity.
Good client relationship skills and tact in client interactions, since our Media team deals directly with clients.
