SaaS Labs is a company focused on enhancing customer conversations through innovative products. They are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead GTM strategy, product positioning, and support sales and customer success teams with effective tools and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to optimize conversion rates and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Lead high-impact product launches, develop compelling sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, and case studies), and drive adoption strategies
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to position our products for maximum impact
- Craft messaging that speaks to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), ensuring differentiation and innovation in a crowded landscape
- Measure, analyze, and refine strategies based on performance insights and customer feedback
- Define product marketing strategy org-wide, aligned to revenue goals and roadmap
- Mentor and scale a team of passionate product marketers, and uphold a culture of creativity and excellence
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of leading GTM initiatives
- 5+ years leading high-performing teams, with a hands-on, EQ-driven approach to leadership
- Master storyteller with exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Experience with PLG & SLG strategies and deep understanding of SMB and Mid-Market customer segments
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred
- Domain expertise in CCaaS or adjacent markets is a plus
