Schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy
Ensure a high-quality, professional, and welcoming candidate experience
Manage calendars, logistics, and last-minute changes with ease
Partner with recruiters to proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and screening coordination
Act as the team’s go-to expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow consistency
Maintain job postings and candidate records
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
Assist with offer coordination and onboarding handoffs
Track recruiting metrics and generate basic reports
Support recruiting projects and process improvements

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00
$65,000.00 USD annually*****. *********The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role.
