Requirements
A senior full-cycle recruiter with strong experience owning complex searches end to end.
Experience hiring for deeptech, scientific, research-led, or highly specialised technical roles where candidate pools are narrow and harder to access through standard channels.
A strong track record of using alternative sourcing methods beyond LinkedIn Recruiter to identify niche talent.
Confidence engaging candidates from scientific and specialist technical backgrounds, such as physicists, chemists, research engineers, advanced hardware/software profiles, or other frontier technology talent.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor, not just a delivery partner.
A consultative, structured way of working — someone who can deal with ambiguity, create clarity, and keep momentum in longer, more meticulous hiring processes.
Excellent communication, sound judgement, and a high bar for candidate experience.
Comfort working independently in a remote, embedded environment while staying closely aligned with both Tribe and the client team.
