Act as the central point of contact for inbound, “warm” leads to ensure strong research, profiling is complete – all in preparation for high quality, value oriented first meetings & demos
Thoughtfully support first call preparation and craft follow-up, ongoing engagement proposals as part of hand-off to Account Executives
With certain personas, independently conduct qualification and discovery calls to learn more about Client needs and/or opportunities
Support value oriented, engaging outreach before and after all events (i.e., Genesis hosted events, industry events, Partner events) to identify high propensity prospects who can benefit from Genesis’ Platform
Ensure detailed documentation of outreach and Client engagement in Salesforce to enable reporting and insights on the results for programs and events.
Organize and prepare relevant sales and marketing material as part of engaging and qualifying leads at the top of the funnel Stay up to date on market trends and industry developments, especially around the use cases Genesis seeks to address and industry competitors
Requirements
Knowledge Seeker: Excited to get on the phone with people you don’t know to gather information. Curious and determined in the pursuit of gathering the right information.
Fearless: Self-motivated, working independently to support the wider team and bring quality, qualified leads to the sales team.
Collaborative Influencer: Comfortable working in a hyper-growth stage company with evolving product and sales processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical individuals and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Fearless Proficiency: 3-5 Years exposure to Capital Markets with grounding in banking, asset management, wealth management, or financial markets infrastructure considered advantageous. Experience of working methodically with sales methodologies to gather data, record and report on activities and pipelines.
Does the Right Thing: Strong time management and organisational skills, thorough, accurate and Strong completer-finisher skills.
