You will take responsibility for all administrative HR matters, including maintaining employee files and data and ensuring that all HR practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You will support employees throughout their employment lifecycle, conduct employee meetings, and act as a point of contact for concerns and conflicts.
You will promote a positive working environment and identify opportunities for improvement to increase engagement and satisfaction.
You will be actively involved in developing workforce plans and HR strategies in close collaboration with HR management to ensure efficient staffing and the achievement of our company goals.
You will identify training and development needs and organize trainings and workshops to support the professional development of our employees.
You will effectively manage and use our HR software—especially Personio—to optimize processes and track data.
Requirements
Completed degree or vocational qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in human resources or HR.
Empathy and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.
Strong team orientation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Openness to digital work processes.
