Connectors (priority): Box + HubSpot, then Microsoft Graph, then Asana/Billing
Worker/Jobs: queue-driven, stateful, replayable
Mailer service: PDF attachments, logging, retries, delivery checks, deduplication/idempotency
Audit events + persistence (correlation IDs, traceability)
QA: contract/integration tests + end-to-end regression testing for deliveries and deadlines

Strong backend track record (Python/Node/Go acceptable)
Production experience with API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, pagination, rate limits)
Databases/schemas and clean migration practices
Failure-mode thinking and a strong testing mindset
