Define and execute commercial strategies based on data analysis, monitoring performance, conversion, productivity and profitability indicators to support assertive decision-making.
Develop, train and motivate the team, ensuring continuous improvement in technical skills, customer service, performance and results orientation.
Conduct market analyses, monitoring competitors, sales channel behavior and trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Strengthen and expand relationships with partners (operators, entities, associations, brokers and brokerage executives), broadening the business portfolio and increasing the brand's market relevance.
Ensure the execution of branch administrative processes, maintaining resource availability, organization and operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze the branch's financial indicators, proposing actions to grow sales, improve profitability and drive continuous improvement.
Track individual and team performance as well as partner brokerages, proposing action plans, campaigns and improvement strategies.
Requirements
Advanced mastery of sales techniques, negotiation and portfolio management.
Technical knowledge of the health insurance/health plan market, related legislation (Law 9.656/98) and applicable regulatory resolutions.
Advanced analytical ability: interpretation of indicators, reports, dashboards and commercial metrics.
Working knowledge of financial management, projections and comparative analyses.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in commercial management and leading sales teams, preferably in the supplementary health (private health insurance) sector.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
Postgraduate degree desirable in Business Management, Commercial Management, Applied Data Science for Business or Strategic Marketing.
