About this role
Role Overview
Design and implementation of a company-wide performance management system
Development of a variable compensation system for all hierarchy levels, including production
Introduction of a software-supported target/goal agreement system
Definition of KPIs and standards for performance-related pay
Conducting compensation benchmarks and market analyses
Advising and training managers and employees
Active role as a sparring partner for executive management, the CFO and Head of HR
Ensuring compliance with labor and social security law
Leading change management and promoting acceptance across the organization
Supporting future HR digitalization projects (e.g., electronic personnel file)
Requirements
Completed degree with a focus on HR, business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management or Organizational Development
Experience implementing compensation systems in an industrial environment
Knowledge of collective bargaining law and/or payroll is an advantage
Change management and project leadership skills
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and presence when interacting with managers
Excellent German and good English skills
