Plans, organizes, and monitors HR activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
Ensures overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR plans and programmes.
Provides expert HR insight, professional HR services, and advisory support.
Aligns HR strategies with organizational objectives to address operational needs and challenges.
Oversees the HR department, ensuring policies and procedures are current and appropriate for the working environment.
Develops and maintains internal communication channels and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
Fluent command of English.
Strong academic background with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist or HR manager.
Training or experience in HR partnership, personnel development, labor law, conflict management, and competency/assessment tools.
Experience managing HR in high-security or challenging contexts, including handling office closures and providing HR and family-liaison support during critical incident management.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in staff management.
