Law degree with active bar registration (OAB) and a minimum of 10 years of experience practicing as an attorney.
At least 5 years of experience as in-house/corporate counsel, with emphasis on data privacy and medium
to high-complexity contracts.
Practical experience with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
