This role leads enterprise marketing solutions for the Commercial Line of Business
Responsibility for developing and enhancing go-to-market offerings
Shaping strategic direction and executing value-driven marketing programs
Oversees integrated marketing communications—including print, digital, and multimedia—to support Group lines of business
Partnering closely with DSVP, Marketing, and business unit leaders to translate enterprise strategy into actionable marketing plans
Drives sales enablement initiatives by setting engagement cadence
Ensures strategic oversight of deliverables and enables Sales and Account teams through effective go-to-market training and execution
Requirements
Bachelor Degree and 12 years diverse marketing experience OR 16 year’s diverse business and marketing experience
Has lead customer insight programs with proven ability to generate new knowledge and approaches
Experience working in organizations where customer understanding and segmentation, new product and service development and innovations are critical to growth.
Demonstrated ability in building executing and measuring market driven marketing across multiple channels
Strategic messaging and editorial skills.
Leadership and management skills.
Project management experience including implementation and planning skills.
Experience quickly developing high-quality, effective internal and external communications plans and products.
Experience working in a fast paced including handling multiple projects, handling disruptive urgencies, and rapidly shifting deadlines.
Experience fostering collaboration and driving results.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation, management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Skilled in building working relationships across all levels of the HCSC organization.
