Develop advanced analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making;
Analyze commercial performance by tracking results versus targets, evaluating sales representatives' portfolios and markets, and generating strategic insights from the data;
Build statistical and predictive models (e.g., forecasting, regressions, time series);
Conduct diagnostics, identify efficiency opportunities and propose process improvements;
Formulate and refine AI prompts to scale quantitative and qualitative analyses of sales interactions;
Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of the data used by teams;
Support partner areas with analyses, metrics and result-oriented storytelling;
Serve as a technical reference and coach for mid-level and junior analysts when needed;
Act as the focal point between the business area and IT squads, ensuring prioritization and implementation of systemic and process improvements;
Prepare executive presentations to communicate analyses, strategies and action plans clearly and concisely to the board and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or a related field;
Solid experience in data analysis and decision support;
Strong critical analysis skills, able to interpret and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights;
Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python for manipulating large datasets;
Understanding of prompt creation for AI models;
Analytical, results-driven profile with strong executive communication skills;
Sense of ownership and business acumen.
