About this role
Role Overview
- Account customer invoices and ensure timely invoice delivery to customers
- Prepare and send out customer dunning letters and reconciliation letter
- Monitor and reconcile Vivicta bank accounts on a daily basis according to company procedures
- Provide support to local finance employees with respect to bank account matters
- Execute vendor, employee, Tax and other type of payments
- Perform monthly closing activities
- Take part in various internal development initiatives
- Prepare reports for internal customers, auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders
- Take care of maintaining the internal documentation (manuals, instructions etc.)
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field
- Previous experience in finance and/or accounting will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Detail oriented personality with logical thinking
- Very good communication and problem-solving skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
